Curriculum Vitae

Anna Trippel studied psychology at the University of Zurich. Within her master's thesis at the Neural Control of Movement Lab at ETH Zurich (Group leader Dr. Caroline Lustenberger) she investigated the role of the autonomic nervous system, specifically heart rate variability, in connection with memory consolidation during slow wave sleep. Anna is in post-graduate school in psychotherapy and is completing her PhD in the Addictive Disorders Research Group, where she is conducting the Co-Boost project, which investigates the combination of a single dose of ketamine and fMRI-based neurofeedback learning as a treatment for cocaine use disorder. Her main focus during her PhD is on the real-time neurofeedback training that is based on reward imagery and thereby is believed to foster non-substance associated reward processing.
