Paul is a resident physician at the Center for Acute Psychiatric Disorders at the Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich. Having completed a doctoral thesis on sex differences in brain structure and function following sports-related concussion, Paul’s research has encompassed traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress disorder. Beyond these areas, his current scientific focus lies in exploring the potential applications, limitations, and implementation of artificial intelligence in psychiatry and psychotherapy, with the aim of advancing their responsible and effective integration into clinical psychiatric practice.
